How much will it cost?

At Applied Accountancy we have a unique way of charging for the work we do. We agree our fee before we start work for our clients, and unless there are any extreme peculiarities our fee is fixed. Unlike the majority of accounting firms, we do not charge for telephone conversations and we do not add any unexpected fees when the work has been complete.

For any work other than annual accounting, e.g. continual monthly work or quarterly work, our charges are fixed for six months and are then reviewed, based on levels of volume.

We are very flexible regarding payment options. For monthly accounting work, payment is made by direct debit. For all other types, payment is made on completion of work, by cheque, cash or direct debit.

How quickly is work turned around ?

Under normal circumstances and provided that all necessary information has been passed on to us, monthly management accounts are produced within 12 working days after the end of the month.

For other work such as annual accounts, we agree a time by which the work will be completed before the work is carried out.
